Offering an oasis on the show floor of Cisco Live Las Vegas 2023 was the Forward Networks booth. With the theme, “Take It Easy”, booth visitors were transported to an immersive 600 sq ft experience of “the outdoors”.
If given the opportunity, most booth visitors would like to unplug and spend time outdoors, perhaps engaging with hobbies such as camping, mountain biking, kayaking, and fishing.
Natalie Cheung, and other members of the Forward marketing team, Charlie Elliott and Lisa Garvey, incorporated these elements within the two areas of the booth.
One area was the large tent with big YETI coolers on either side of the entrance, filled with branded camper mugs.
Once inside the tent, visitors could snack on freshly made s’mores, as they sat down at the acacia wood tables with flickering lanterns and a Forward team member to explore our product. Each Forward team member sported a fishing vest with custom designed patches ironed on.
Displayed prominently within the tent were a Fuse mountain bike and an Oru kayak as premium raffle giveaways, as well as a sizable faux fish.
The second area was “outside” the tent, featuring live shrubs, ferns, 8 ft tall trees, and real firewood stacked around a faux fire.
Both areas of the booth were tied together with turf flooring and frequented by a friendly Forward team member dressed in a bear suit and fishing vest.
