Communications, Ink, a women-owned, strategic marketing agency in greater Boston was hired by "the Tech" to build them a new website as the current website was outdated and hard to use. Using our Deep Dive approach, we interviewed key community members to understand what features they needed to be easily access. We also asked the participants to create several website tasks and observed their approaches. With this information, we highlighted the need to create an index for highly searched content, make the site ADA compliant and translate content. We also wanted to add video to increase interest an engagement. From there we built a UI sitemap and collected copy as well as images and video for each page. Using Wordpress, we built a brand new website and launched it in time for the new school year.
