Reindeer Consultant is a group of highly qualified tax professionals. Together, it has over thirty years of combined experience with tax credits. Its mission is to provide small businesses with easy access to government benefits like tax credits and refunds. It also has specialized expertise in ERC, WOTC, and R&D credit. When developing a brand, we start with a discovery phase, a deep dive into the industry to gain a better understanding of the market and trends. Our findings were that the finance sector is arguably the most important yet hardest industry to foster trust in. Our goal was not only to build that confidence in Reindeer but also depict the sheer amount of expertise and knowledge the company has. When choosing colors, we knew that trust, wealth, growth, and technological advancement were big themes for the design. So, we went all in on with shades of green to show growth and money. Then we added deep blues, the most common color associated with tech. Images for the website depict people working in offices in blue leaning outfits to bring cohesiveness with the overall website aesthetic. When designing the website, we knew that graphics should play a big role on the website due to the heavy amount of information this type of business needs to get across quickly. For the customer, knowing if your payment platform is compatible with Reindeer is top priority. So we open the website with a motion graphic highlighting the most popular platforms integrated with Reindeer. Next to that is copy highlighting the ERC tax credit. The large number along with a contact form to quickly encourage sign ups. Video testimonials provide a sense of trust and professionalism. The effort it takes to film and produce one and clients can feel that while watching. Professional headshots of the founders of the company help bolster that feeling even more, putting names to faces.
