New U Life offers cutting-edge hormone-health solutions, striving to transform lives with their unique products. However, their website didn't reflect the innovation and quality they brought to the table. It felt outdated, diminishing the brand's credibility and resulting in decreased user engagement.
Understanding their vision for a dynamic, interactive website that adhered to UX best practices, we collaborated with the New U Life team. Both our teams worked on the design, crafting a site that mirrored the sophistication and worth of their products. Then, we turned that look and feel into code their development team could apply. Especially challenging and rewarding was bringing to life their team's envisioned sophisticated parallax animations. Our journey began with an in-depth assessment of the current sitemap. We refined the information architecture, ensuring users could navigate seamlessly and find information effortlessly. Alongside the core design elements, we introduced animated interactivity, enhancing user engagement and making their product showcase vision a reality.
A particular challenge was the site's global reach—serving content tailored to over 10 distinct global markets, all while supporting multiple languages. The new site revitalized New U Life's digital presence and set the stage for adding more product pages and additional markets in the subsequent months post-launch. The result? The average user engagement time has more than doubled, reaffirming the site's enhanced appeal and functionality.
