Pacific Modular specializes in modular housing on Vancouver Island and throughout British Columbia. Merging traditional craftsmanship with modern needs, all their homes are made from locally sourced wood, filling a market niche with affordable, durable, and eco-friendly housing designed for British Columbia's unique coastal climate. As a newly formed company with only a name, they partnered with our team to develop a logo and visual identity that embodies the concept of modular building, while embracing a modern, forward-thinking aesthetic. Our work included a three-dimensional logo, established brand standards, and custom custom-designed and developed website.
