The TODAY Brand Studio, in partnership with ALDI, created a festive roundup of seasonal recipes to inspire the TODAY.com audience and show them that by shopping at ALDI, families can serve more food and spend less money at Thanksgiving. The partnership between ALDI and TODAY Brand Studio was designed to give TODAY.com readers recipe ideas to help them plan their holiday while highlighting the grocery store chain’s reduced prices on dozens of items. The landing page included six recipes from the ALDI test kitchen plus useful tips for Thanksgiving chefs. The campaign included tout headlines and a Branded Stories ad unit that drove to the landing page from across the NBC News portfolio and a sponsored Facebook campaign from the TODAY Facebook handle which drove significant traffic and generated positive comments from TODAY and ALDI fans alike.

The partnership was a success across all tactics, with above benchmark performance on metrics such as scroll depth, attention time and click-through rate.
