Our long-standing relationship with JP made us want to go a step further on their 2019 recruitment campaign. We wanted to give them something that said: "the work does not make the person great, but rather the person makes the work great." By immediately grabbing the viewers' attention with something relatable, we can then challenge them to rise to the occasion.
