In the heart of Austin, Texas, lies the vision of OneTERRA—a conceptualized office development poised to redefine collaborative workspace within the vibrant live/work/play district known as The Domain, or Austin's "second downtown." Tasked with marketing this visionary project, CBRE's Calibre Creative Group faced a unique challenge: how do you market a space that doesn't yet exist to ink a major lease before the first shovel hits the ground? The traditional property brochure wouldn't suffice; we needed to sell a dream to our tenant prospects: global technology companies seeking new ways to innovate at work.
The challenge was clear: Create a marketing piece that not only communicated the dynamic potential of OneTERRA but also engaged prospects on a level that allowed them to experience the essence of a yet-to-be-built office building. The solution? A digital brochure that transcends the conventional, inviting prospects into the world of OneTERRA. The brochure serves as an interactive journey, leveraging animations to highlight key information and renderings/imagery to showcase the property's future strengths and appeal. Every element of the brochure was designed to engage and inspire, embedding the playfulness of our brand while ensuring the content remained clear and digestible.
The result was a piece that did more than just showcase the property—it connected our target audience with the innovative spirit of OneTERRA, painting a vivid picture of a future filled with achievement and collaboration. This brochure didn't just market a space; it sold the dream of what could be.
