To maintain strong results during operational months and mitigate the impact of closures, we devised a strategic approach to budget allocation. This involved a meticulous analysis of user booking behavior, considering the average booking window and the property's operational schedule. By carefully distributing our budget, we achieved optimal cost-effectiveness during the closure months, thereby preserving a favorable Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).

Furthermore, we implemented targeting and bidding adjustments across Google Ads and Meta I/O platforms. This allowed us to direct our investment towards the most relevant users at the most opportune times, prioritizing bidding for users seeking bookings during operational periods while minimizing expenditure on those seeking stays during closure periods.
