In Shaoxing Keqiao, a land steeped in rich history, a new era of redevelopment is underway. While the existing project symbols carry memories of the past, they lack a standout appeal. Therefore, the design team is delving deep into the project's characteristics, aiming to create a "fun, stylish, and trendy" fashion district that will captivate the younger generation.
To rejuvenate the district, the team has innovated the logo design, with "FUN" at its core. Combining the project's location on a "Fang" street, the name echoes the English word "FUN," conveying a sense of joy. "FUN" represents an optimistic life attitude, capturing and creating enjoyment. With a positive mindset, one can sow happiness and reap a comedic life. This design philosophy not only manifests in the logo but also permeates throughout the entire district's development, ensuring that young people linger here and enjoy the fun of fashion and trendiness.
The graphic elements of the ICON feature fluid and creative lines, precisely conveying the project's core concept and ensuring clarity amidst complex signage. The use of personalized typography further enhances recognition. Dynamic colors embellish the wayfinding system, making it more vivid and distinct, aligning perfectly with the project's youthful and fashionable positioning. This also evokes emotional responses from visitors, allowing them to perceive the boundless energy and enthusiasm emanating from the project while admiring the signage.
The district's directional arrows feature sleek and concise graphic design, ensuring clear guidance that visitors can quickly recognize and easily follow. Additionally, designers have meticulously incorporated relevant icons based on the characteristics of different areas, such as vertical arrows for elevators, iconic patterns for restrooms, and letters for parking lots, helping visitors understand and quickly locate the functions of each area. Furthermore, to accommodate various lighting environments, the signage is specially designed with lighting. Whether in bright daylight or dim nighttime conditions, the signs remain clearly visible, providing uninterrupted wayfinding services for visitors.
