Front Door Access Videos

The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities needed to improve participation in their Front Door program (the application process for individuals and families to receive OPWDD services) among Spanish-, Mandarin-, and Cantonese-speaking communities statewide. Working with Community-Based Organizations and OPWDD staff, our team created a suite of 30 videos (10 in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese) to enhance understanding of the eligibility criteria and application process, as well as answer Frequently Asked Questions that prevent members of these communities from applying for the services they need.
