Strategy:
Gutenberg launched a unique communications program to position Odisha's story. The strategy involved:
1. Crafting compelling narratives highlighting Odisha's advantages and investment opportunities across key sectors.
2. Presenting evidence-based insights to showcase Odisha's industrial growth and development, enhancing credibility among investors.
3. Implementing targeted campaigns to raise awareness about Invest Odisha's role as the single point of contact for industrial investments.
4. Designing and launching 'Ease of Doing Business' (#EoDB) and 'Odisha Right To Public Services Act' (#ORTPSA) campaigns to educate stakeholders about Odisha's business-friendly environment.
5. Showcasing IPICOL's achievements and recognitions, positioning Odisha as a pioneer state in various aspects of industrial development.
We aimed to establish milestone partnerships, leverage influencers, and amplify coverage of events organized by Invest Odisha/Govt of Odisha to highlight the state government's commitment to converting investment intents into reality and broadening investment opportunities.
Results:
Our targeted approach and compelling storytelling resulted in significant achievements:
1. Generated awareness about investment opportunities across core sectors like metals, manufacturing, tourism, hospitality, and renewables.
2. Secured over 500 media coverages in six months, including top-tier national and regional publications like The Times of India, The Economic Times, Mint, The Hindu Business Line, Business World, The New Indian Express, Sambad, and Premaya.
Achieved a 98% positive sentiment score across social and news platforms, indicating favorable perceptions of Odisha's investment landscape.
3. Received positive feedback from clients, investors, and the public for the 'Ease of Doing Business' and 'Odisha Right To Public Services Act' campaigns.
4. Recognized as a "Top Performer" in developing a strong startup ecosystem and promoting sustainability by Start Up India. Also acknowledged as a capacity-building leader and funding promoter.
5. Organic post impressions reached over 670,000, with over 5,000 followers gained and 6,500 organic mentions, averaging 25 mentions per day.
