Studies have shown that 1 out of every 50 individuals is diagnosed with dysmorphic body image disorder, and it may be more, but the percentage of diagnosis is small.

It takes 10 to 15 years for the disorder to be diagnosed when the symptoms are most serious and diagnosable.
It is known as a psychological disorder and is classified as obsessive-compulsive disorder, which causes the individual to have an ugly mental image of his appearance. The affected individual cannot stop constantly thinking about one or more of the defects in his appearance, as they may be very minor or not even seen by others.
Therefore, the slogan “Your imagination distorts your beauty” was created, as it refers to the true beauty of a person who may not see it clearly due to negative thoughts and feelings.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of body image disorder in order to shed light on the problem and prevent it.
Awareness against the factors that cause body image disorder.
Defining the negative effects of dissatisfaction with body image (physical, social, psychological).
Enhancing the life skills of the target group, such as: self-confidence and self-acceptance.
