The National Middle School Athletics Games was an annual nationwide sports event that gathered 20,000 athletes and brought 300,000 tourists to the local area. Through this iconic sporting event, a culture of sports was developed within the city, and cultivated many Olympic athletes. The event also attracted lots of sponsors and received 60 million in sponsorship in the end.

The filming focused on athletes running around the city, featuring 13 well-known attractions in Hsinchu County as the background. Sports were omnipresent in the city. Additionally, the video showcased the diverse ethnic characteristics of Hsinchu County, blending the cultures of indigenous people, Hakka, and Hokkien, creating a sense of harmony and vitality.
