The TECHSAUCE GLOBAL SUMMIT 2024, with the core concept
**“TECHPLOROR: NAVIGATE TO THE GATE OF AI TERRITORY,”** is an ambitious and exciting initiative. The goal is to become the leading technology hub in Asia and Southeast Asia while providing an exceptional experience for attendees to prepare for the AI era.
To achieve this, the project is organized into three main components:
1. **Concept**
- **Elevating the Experience**: The theme **“TECHPLOROR”** reflects exploration and discovery of new technologies and AI. It aims to make participants feel like explorers venturing into the world of AI.
- **Participant Engagement**: Create novel experiences to captivate returning attendees and excite them with new and different elements.
2. **Design**
- **Outstanding Design**: The design must reflect the status of being the largest tech conference in Asia. This includes using cutting-edge technology and modern design, creating diverse tech display areas, and showcasing AI and new innovations.
- **Space and Management**: Design the space to accommodate large-scale events with ease of movement between areas, and integrate advanced display technologies.
3. **Experience**
- **Novel Experiences**: Offer unprecedented experiences such as hands-on trials with AI and new technologies, creative seminars or workshops, and opportunities for interaction with industry experts.
- **Building Relationships**: Organize activities that promote networking and engagement, such as interactive events or networking sessions focused on exchanging ideas and experiences.
**Communication and Marketing**
- **Targeted Marketing**: Employ strategies to generate interest and encourage attendance, including social media, influencer marketing, and various advertising channels.
- **Creating Excitement**: Continuously release updates and news about the event to build anticipation and excitement among the target audience.
