WorkFlow is a B2B platform designed for companies committed to fostering periods inclusivity and supportive work environment. It offers resources, training, and tools to help organizations implement period policies, support menstruating employees, and educate non-menstruating colleagues. By promoting empathy and reducing stigma, the platform empowers businesses to enhance employee well-being, improve retention, and strengthen their employer brand.

For the design of this platform, we chose a vibrant palette of fluorescent yellow and pink to create an uplifting and inclusive atmosphere. These colors break away from the traditional red and orange often associated with periods, allowing the design to challenge conventional narratives and reduce stigma. The background images feature abstract representations of flow, symbolizing movement, continuity, and support, aligning with the platform's mission to foster a more empathetic and forward-thinking workplace environment. This approach ensures that the visuals are both engaging and welcoming, resonating with a broad audience while maintaining a fresh, modern aesthetic.

The platform is divided into two key areas: Flow Squad and Support Squad. Flow Squad caters to those who menstruate, offering features like Care Cards, Comfort Kits, and Relaxation Tips to enhance their well-being. Support Squad is designed for non-menstruating employees and includes Empathy Building Classes, practical Tips and Answers to better understand and support their menstruating colleagues, and a Quiz to reinforce their learning.

This platform is thoughtfully designed to create a comprehensive support system for both menstruating and non-menstruating employees. The Period Library serves as a rich resource hub, offering podcasts, books, and articles that educate and empower users. The Period Policy section provides employers with ready-to-adopt guidelines, ensuring workplaces are equipped to support menstruating employees effectively.

This structure not only addresses the unique needs of each group but also promotes empathy, understanding, and inclusivity in the workplace, making it a pioneering tool in the realm of employee support and wellness.
