In August 2023, we designed and launched a monthly newsletter called Our Take. The goal of the franchise was to feature diverse CBRE voices and have them share their personal perspective on a timely industry topic, in a relatable human tone-of-voice. For the Commercial Real Estate industry, this was a first of its kind publication, giving people with deep business experience and a known expertise the opportunity to speak about why they are interested in specific aspects of commercial real estate, and how they see the future of their sector or market evolving in the near-to-mid term.
