This CG short video, rendered in Unreal Engine, tells the story of a mysterious force of nature awakening to reclaim a city overtaken by human‘s excessive development. Through grand visual composition and a main
character embodying natural elements, the piece reflects a deep contemplation on urbanization and ecological imbalance. The central character, an ethereal spirit entwined with vines, symbolizes the undeniable power of nature’s resurgence as it moves with force through the concrete jungle, tearing down the structures that once encroached upon its domain.

Technically, the film incorporates meticulous city scene construction, rich lighting effects, and the use of Unreal Engine 5’s Niagara system to create dynamic particle effects, enhancing both emotional intensity and visual impact. The entire process demonstrates my understanding of large-scale scene building, art composition, and lighting atmosphere control, while resource optimization ensures smooth performance.
