About The Entry

This employee engagement campaign showcases how AARP's commitment to simplifying the aging journey is powered by our digital transformation.
Led by Barbara Shipley, SVP Brand Integration, the Creative Services team created an easily identifiable design for the Making Aging Easier initiative. Organic shapes demonstrate smooth connectivity between Making Aging Easier components while the circular motif represents how collective organizational behaviors create an ecosystem supporting MAE's success. These design elements effectively communicate AARP's mission and impact.
Billboards displayed around the National Office leverage the wheel to demonstrate how every AARP employee contributes to making aging easier and to connect abstract concepts to concrete examples
The campaign aims to personalize AARP's mission for employees while showcasing how digital innovation enhances the organization's ability to serve its members effectively.
