Blue Communications partnered with BlueTriton Brands and their benefits administrator, Alight, to deliver creative, effective 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment communication to its approximately 7,000 U.S. employees. We created a compelling brand for the campaign anchored in BlueTriton's corporate brand guidelines and designed to capture employee attention. We broke our complex content down — focusing on what employees need to know and do during the Open Enrollment period. We also directed employees to available tools and resources to learn more and receive personalized guidance. In addition to broad-based communication for all employees, our communication strategy included deliverables to support leaders specifically.
