The Mira Place “Gimme LiVe” Music Festival has become a beloved fixture in Hong Kong's music scene, now celebrating its 12th year. As the first in-mall music festival, it serves as a heartfelt tribute to local talent and showcases Mira Place's commitment to supporting both established artists and emerging voices.
Star-Studded Line-up and Experience
This year's festival, themed "Where it All Began", celebrated the original spirit of the event from 12 years ago in 2012. It featured local favorites Kaho Hung and Yan Ting Chau headlining, alongside rising stars Nancy Kwai and Cloud Wan. Over four weekends, 20 performing acts shared their musical journeys, with a special busking show following each performance to keep the energy alive. Local musician Alfred Wu, selected through Mira Place’s Sing Your Dream busking event, also captivated the audience under the summer night sky.
State-of-the-Art Setup
For the first time, Mira Place introduced an interactive music stage, bringing fans and performers closer than ever. Interactive cheering games allowed fans to unlock exclusive gifts from their favorite artists, while messages of support appeared on the big screen, fostering a sense of community. Throughout the weekdays, nostalgic highlights from past festivals were displayed on the atrium screen. An IGable, star-themed recording studio at the mall entrance invited fans to create their own musical moments in a neon-lit space.

The festival offered exclusive online and offline benefits, allowing fans to unlock special gifts and engage through interactive games. Attendees enjoyed shopping perks, receiving complimentary vouchers and exclusive offers with their purchases, enhancing their overall experience.

Since its launch in 2013, the Gimme LiVe Music Festival has showcased over 200 artists, firmly establishing Mira Place as a champion of the local music scene.
