That’s why Booking.com’s Traveller Review Awards 2025 campaign recognises how our top-rated partners perfect the unexpected. As a global leader in connecting travellers with incredible accommodation, attractions and transportation, we’re proud to present our 13th annual Traveller Review Awards. The Traveller Review Awards campaign rewards our most highly rated partners in 221 countries based on over 360 million verified customer reviews. This year, we recognised a record-breaking 1.71 million partners – a 16% increase from last year. We awarded winners with highly anticipated, personalised award kits to showcase their accomplishments. The Traveller Review Awards campaign took a fresh creative direction for 2025, inspired by the moments of magic that happen when partners and travellers interact. The cross-channel campaign was designed to build excitement, celebrate excellence and inspire. We reached partners on paid, owned and earned channels (including email, banner ads, paid social and editorial) to guide them to a landing page where they can access their digital award kit. At the heart of the campaign was a hero film highlighting how partners transform unexpected surprises into memorable moments. This was the first year our hero film included both our taxi and accommodation partners. We also created four spotlight films starring real, award-winning partners and a how-to film to help partners make the most of their award kits. The campaign launched in January 2025, and results are overwhelmingly positive. The hero film has drawn an audience of 344K+, a 125% increase year over year. In less than a month, the campaign achieved over 2,283 pieces of global media coverage, with 37% featured in top-tier outlets. Partner satisfaction scores were also high — 97% for taxi partners and 91% for accommodation partners. Our travel partners are at the heart of everything we do, and the successful Traveller Review Awards 2025 campaign shows how we continue finding new ways to appreciate and celebrate our partners.
