CORE Leadership Week is a company-wide event for our clients at RTX. Throughout the world, teams across all the businesses go through week-long intensive change management programs wherein they tackle specific workflow, metric, safety, efficiency, and other concerns. All their effort and attention is focused on using the CORE process to solve these issues.
Our corporate communication clients at RTX wanted our creative team to capture the CORE process in three different locations across the country – North Berwick, Maine, Pueblo, Colorado and Forest, Mississippi, and create videos documenting these processes. In addition, they wanted a compilation video to act as a highlight video overview, representing how CORE Leadership Week was addressed across RTX as a whole.
Our challenge was to figure out a unique voice and approach to the compilation video that would allow it to stand apart from the individual videos: We wanted the compilation to explore new information and have a different feel. We decided to focus on the broader messages about what Core Leadership Week is, why it is important and how it drives incremental improvement. We had to incorporate footage and messaging from all three sites, plus additional footage and assets from other sources.
