Bridge My Return is a hiring platform for veterans who are transitioning back into civilian life, find jobs. Vets unemployment rate is far above the national average. The problem is twofold. Vets don’t know how what they did in the military translates to civilian jobs or resumes. Companies don’t know these skilled, trainable, experienced, and hardworking people are out there. Their trade show “booth” used to be a table with flyers on it. Nothing to draw people’s attention or let them know what BRM does. We created this work so that in that crowd, BMR stands out.
