We decided to help people save time on making the most important decision of the holiday season: their Halloween costume.
To bring that savings message to life, we enlisted the help of makeup artist and social influencer Jo Steel to use her magic and turn Doug into his best friend LiMu Emu.
We worked with a run and gun production partner to film Jo transforming Doug while Jo herself, filmed in her own distinctive time-lapse style.
From there, we pieced together a long-form, behind the scenes-style film of the entire process, complete with intermittent commentary from Doug, to go along with the timelapse Jo would post on her feed to 700k followers.
