In 2022 Boost Auto had a dilemma – they needed to support their continued growth and knew their current website couldn't do that. They turned to agency partner Digital JAS with support from Urban Folk and Teifi to deliver a customized experience for their auto parts ecommerce business. The ability to pre-qualify a user based on the Year, Make and Model of their vehicle, explain the multitude of options for customizing their product, and still making the shopping experience seamless was not without challenges, but the results have been a game changer.
After launch of their newly designed Shopify store in 2024, Boost Auto continued to see YoY growth in the double digits, all supported by ongoing feedback from customers. Continuous improvement via ongoing evaluation and enhancements keep the experience new an innovative as the company sets forth to conquer yet another industry category, all while supporting automotive education at home.
