Inertia directed and produced a mouth watering 3D billboard capturing Corona Extra’s refreshing qualities, stopping Times Square in its tracks.
A larger than life Corona cool-box synchronised with an idyllic beach scene, playfully captured the brand's unique summer vibe, with a selection of refreshing, ice-cold Corona Extra's at the heart of the experience.
Designed to be maximally bold and impactful, we see the inside of a dark coolbox flooded with shimmering sunlight as the lid is removed. A fully CGI hand plunges into the container and swirls around the colliding ice, searching for a beverage.
We witness the hand grab a beer and pull it from the water, almost immediately on the opposite side of the street, a small crab runs across the beach away from an approaching shadow as the large hand places the golden bottle into the sand, squeezing a lime into the liquid.
Glistening sunlight, mouthwatering golden liquid and icy condensation, live at the heart of the art direction, teleporting a slice of beach life into the heart of the city and reflecting the classic Corona Extra vibe.
With New York's temperatures soaring, this ad couldn't have been more perfectly timed.
Following executions are currently being rolled out in Tampa, Florida with the inclusion of Corona's new Sunbrew beverage.
