For Dr. Diana Forbes, we set out to create a brand that would move beyond the typical clinical approach to plastic surgery. Our goal was to position Dr. Forbes as not just a surgeon, but a trusted guide in a journey of self-confidence, emphasizing a lifestyle-driven brand that felt sophisticated yet approachable.
We began with a custom logo and cohesive visual identity that reflected her values: elegance, trust, and empowerment. The colour palette was carefully selected to evoke warmth and sophistication, while the typography paired modernity with approachability. This strong visual foundation set the tone for the overall design direction, ensuring that her branding resonated deeply with her target audience.
The website was designed with a user-centric approach, featuring a sleek layout that placed Dr. Forbes’ expertise front and centre. We prioritized an intuitive, easy-to-navigate experience, allowing prospective patients to seamlessly browse services and book consultations through integrated appointment scheduling with Pacific Plastic Surgery. High-quality imagery and subtle animations enhanced the overall aesthetic, giving the site a polished, dynamic feel without overwhelming the user.
A key piece of the project was the testimonial video we produced, which captured six of Dr. Forbes’ patients sharing their personal journeys. We carefully edited these testimonials to create a compelling, emotionally resonant narrative, which not only highlighted the impact of Dr. Forbes' work but also built trust through authentic, heartfelt stories.
The final result was a cohesive and inviting brand presence that feels personal and empowering. Every design decision, from the logo to the website layout, was made with the goal of enhancing Dr. Forbes’ connection with her patients while showcasing the professionalism and warmth that defines her practice.
