“Xiang Xing Zhe” draws inspiration from ancient Chinese philosophical notions of “Xiang” (symbolic imagery) and the cyclical rhythm of traditional agriculture—spring growth, summer development, autumn harvest, and winter preservation. “Xiang” represents cultural symbolism, while “Xing Zhe” (Walkers) embodies those who take action and cultivate. This original IP transforms the spirit of modern agricultural workers into four lovable and recognizable characters: Mi Mei, a data specialist with rice-shaped hair symbolizing China’s grain culture; Monkey Master, a tech-savvy expert; Goose Bao, a culinary artisan; and Tiger King, a cultural communicator. Each character is aligned with one of the four seasons, forming a year-round narrative rooted in intelligent agriculture and rural revitalization. The design features soft, warm colors—off-white, orange-red, leafy green, and sunshine yellow—to convey nature, health, and hope. The anthropomorphized characters are rendered in a style that fuses playful cartoon aesthetics with traditional Chinese artistic sensibilities, making them accessible to children while resonating culturally with broader audiences. As the first original IP centered on agricultural culture, “Xiang Xing Zhe” uniquely integrates data-driven farming, smart technology, food craftsmanship, and rural storytelling into a creative system that blends narrative, knowledge, and fun. Each character has a fully developed world setting and can be widely applied across illustrations, animations, cultural products, and educational contexts. The IP has already partnered with multiple agricultural parks and is being used in rural tourism promotion, product packaging, brand communication, and school education, gradually evolving into a content-driven ecosystem that infuses agriculture with emotional resonance, cultural depth, and communicative power, serving as a vibrant bridge between traditional rural values and the younger generation.
