In 2024, Hilton significantly expanded Every Job Makes the Stay (EJMTS), our global employer brand campaign originally launched in 2023, to deepen its impact and relevance across regions and further support our HR hiring initiatives. Built as an extension of our enterprise platform, Hilton. For the Stay., the campaign reframes hospitality careers by reminding candidates that hotels aren’t just for staying, they’re where meaningful careers are made.
This year, we brought new energy and scale to the platform. We produced new regional content, including an autumn 2024 shoot in London featuring real Hilton Team Members. Each featured Team Member received an illustrative title like “Artisan of Ambiance” or “Problem-Solving Pioneer,” drawn from their own words and designed to celebrate the deeper purpose of their roles.
We also empowered Hilton teams globally by launching tailored toolkits for APAC, EMEA, CALA, and the US, each with customizable assets to promote hiring events and local roles. These tools helped activate the campaign in 22 countries across paid social (LinkedIn) and display advertising, focused on employer-related websites and content to drive consideration and engagement.
In 2024, we introduced our first-ever audio campaign on Spotify, reaching talent during their commutes and workdays. In just three months, it delivered over 6 million impressions and extended our brand presence into new moments of the candidate journey.
EJMTS is anchored in messaging that connects job seekers to Hilton’s award-winning culture: “Come for the job, stay for the travel perks.” “Come for the job, stay for the career growth.” But beyond slogans, the campaign has delivered measurable results.
Every Job Makes the Stay has evolved from a campaign into a movement, recognizing the people behind the stay and redefining what it means to build a career in hospitality.
