Hilton’s recruitment social media strategy is a high-performing extension of our global employer brand. Built on a foundation of paid media, targeted campaigns, and engaging organic content, our channels work in harmony to create a seamless candidate experience, from first impression to application.
At the top of the funnel, our always-on paid Meta (Instagram & Facebook) campaigns, developed with Shaker Recruitment Marketing, generate awareness and nurture interest in Hilton careers. Industry benchmarks show it can take 7–12 impressions before a candidate engages meaningfully, which is why we meet weekly with our agency to refine creative, adjust targeting, and scale performance.
Layered into this are niche, geo-targeted campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn that support lower-funnel hiring including seasonal roles, urgent talent pipelines, and local hiring events. To complement our paid strategy, we’ve optimized Hilton’s organic presence, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and our job board profiles, to bring our employer brand to life. Our @HiltonCareers Instagram account, launched in 2016, now has over 57K followers.
All content, paid and organic, is rooted in Every Job Makes the Stay, our global employer brand platform and a direct extension of Hilton. For the Stay.
