Northwell’s Lenox Health Greenwich Village recently underwent a series of major upgrades—including the addition of advanced cardiac capabilities, a new inpatient unit for more complex cases, expanded diagnostic and specialty services, and notably, a new name: Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital. This integrated campaign was designed to build awareness around these transformative changes and the enhanced care they bring to the diverse lower Manhattan community.
At the heart of the creative is a striking image of the building, showcasing its distinct architecture. Video assets across social and YouTube spotlight the updates through a variety of formats—including a mini facility tour, an interview with a clinical leader, and an engaging before-and-after of the renovations. Out-of-home placements were strategically located throughout the neighborhood, while print, direct mail, and digital channels offered a more direct and personal way to engage with the message
