Rosey Air is an air taxi, flightseeing, and air cargo service operating out of Anchorage and Birchwood airports in Alaska. Owner and pilot Peter Rosendahl currently operates a Piper PA-18 Super Cub and a De Haviland DHC-2 Beaver (for larger groups and float or ski excursions). Peter is a third-generation pilot, and the new logo contains subtle nods to this lineage. The company adopts a nickname for Peter, shared by his grandfather, that capitalizes on his Nordic heritage. The logo does the same, with a Viking sporting aviator goggles and an airman’s scarf. Peter provided a list of adjectives he wanted the logo to reflect: independent, competent, sharp, professional, fun, aggressive, northern, adventurous, and heritage-conscious.
