The Trinity :30 commercial was created to introduce a visionary new coastal community in Grover Beach, located at the edge of the city’s emerging West End, where the neighborhood meets the sea. Slated for completion in 2027, Trinity exists only on paper and in imagination. To bring it to life, Coastal Community Builders partnered with Ten Over Media to craft a high-end visual experience that seamlessly blends real-world cinematography with fully rendered architecture and landscapes. None of the homes or structures depicted in the film exist today; instead, every element was built digitally to mirror what the community will become.
The goal was clear: capture the essence of coastal living, the proximity to the beach, and the magnitude of the project’s design and architecture, all within 30 seconds. The spot balances the emotional and aspirational, inviting viewers to envision not just a home but a lifestyle. The production approach combined drone footage of Grover Beach’s shoreline and local landmarks with cinematic renderings of the future site, matched in lighting, tone, and motion for a cohesive and immersive effect.
Visually rich and music-driven, the piece avoids heavy narration and instead tells a story of connection, belonging, and possibility. Its pacing and color palette reflect the sophistication of CCB’s brand evolution, a move toward cinematic, lifestyle-centric marketing that elevates homebuilding into storytelling.
The film launched as part of a multi-channel campaign across streaming, web, and social media, drawing exceptional engagement. Average view duration exceeded 25 seconds, and the ad drove a 400 percent increase in traffic to the Trinity landing page within its first week.
Ultimately, the Trinity commercial delivers more than promotion; it captures imagination. It redefines how a builder can communicate future spaces, using art, technology, and narrative to make the unreal feel tangible and real.
