TT Regins

TT Regins is a Scotch Modern serif with a royal character. Its high contrast and sharp, triangular serifs imbue the font with a stern and commanding demeanor, while refined forms, tall lowercase letters, and slightly condensed, uniform proportions add grace to its design. We aimed to create a versatile and functional type family that allows for seamless internal font pairing to suit various tasks. Therefore, TT Regins comprises three subfamilies with varying degrees of display character: Display, Text, and the intermediate Subhead. Additionally, stylistic sets allow users to soften the font’s character. We paid special attention to the italics—vibrant, dynamic True Italics that stand out in the text due to their authentic forms. Finally, we included an atmospheric set of icons featuring chess and playing card motifs.
