Taking the plunge into AI was no easy feat for CVS®, a brand so dedicated to authenticity. But when the internal agency, Heart Haus, was tasked with exploring new technologies to help create a national holiday spot, one big idea ensured the company’s values remained intact while incorporating the use of AI tools. That big idea? A small nutcracker.
Using a combination of newly available AI tools, stock video, a small shoot at the brand’s staging store in Rhode Island and a fresh take on a nostalgic track, Heart Haus was able to find an appropriate balance between real and artificial with this heartwarming holiday spot.
