Serving as the business park division of Link Logistics, Link Parks leases space to small business owners who are living out their version of the American dream. In 2025, the Link Logistics Corporate Communications team launched the Link Parks Small Business Challenge as an annual contest created to support and spotlight the small businesses that occupy these spaces.
For a chance at winning $50,000, the challenge invited Link Parks customers to share their stories, highlight their operations and demonstrate how their businesses contribute to their communities and the economy. Submissions were reviewed by a selection committee, and five finalists moved on to present to a panel of judges in-person what they would do with their winnings. One winner and four runners-ups were chosen.
Within a five-month period, a robust internal, external and digital promotional campaign resulted in:
o 150 contest submissions
o 363,000 impressions (social media, digital promotion and emails)
o 5,000 engagements (social media, digital promotion and emails)
o 25,000 YouTube views (total for all Link Parks Small Business Challenge videos)
Through the Link Parks Small Business Challenge, Link Logistics demonstrated how customer engagement can extend beyond the physical space of industrial real estate. The initiative strengthened brand affinity, deepened customer relationships, and showcased the firm’s role as a key partner invested in the success of the businesses that occupy their spaces.
