About The Entry

Recognizing the evolving career needs of Gen Z, this event challenges Taiwan’s long-standing exam-oriented education system. It is the first experimental career exploration camp centered on the new media industry in Taiwan.
Designed around student needs and questions, the program draws from problem-based learning (PBL), emphasizing self-discovery and authenticity. Through mentorship, real-world brand pitch simulations, and high-autonomy project development, participants gain invaluable tacit knowledge.
The program empowers youth to redefine success, cultivate self-directed learning, collaborate across disciplines, and take action toward their future careers.
Even when no precedent exists, with the support of the Hsinchu City Government, Gen Z can move forward with confidence—and carve out their own way. We don’t educate Generation Z for the future. We empower them to build what comes next!
