About The Entry
Tarleton State University’s Division of Health Sciences oversees multiple academic schools and programs that had been communicating independently. This led to fragmented branding, inconsistent messaging, and a digital experience that made it challenging for prospective students and their parents, faculty, and corporate partners to navigate offerings and understand the Division’s full scope.
The Challenge
Lack of unified branding created confusion and diluted Tarleton’s strong institutional identity. The Division needed a cohesive brand presence that would clearly communicate its programs, improve navigation, and strengthen engagement across all audiences.
The Solution
The Service Shop Marketing Agency conducted a comprehensive brand audit, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover key insights. These findings informed targeted strategic marketing recommendations and drove a full-scale rebranding and digital transformation initiative focused on alignment, clarity, and engagement.
Creative Direction and Asset Development
We established a distinctive creative direction to unify the Division’s visual identity while reinforcing Tarleton State University’s overall brand. A suite of unified digital marketing assets was developed to ensure consistent, professional communication across all channels.
Website Redesign
The Service Shop designed and developed a modern, intuitive website that simplifies navigation across the Division’s multiple schools and programs. The new site delivers a significantly improved user experience with enhanced accessibility for prospective students, faculty, and partners. Its clean architecture and logical navigation now serves as the model for other divisions and schools across the University.
Results and Impact
The project delivered a cohesive, professional brand presence that eliminated fragmentation and created a clear, engaging digital experience. By aligning messaging and visuals, Tarleton State University’s Division of Health Sciences is now better positioned to attract top students, faculty, and partners while strengthening its reputation within the University.
