About The Entry
Chautauqua (肖陶扩) is a Chinese-language video podcast founded by creator Shuyi Senseng, named after the historic Chautauqua assemblies, where people gathered simply to talk, listen, and learn. Within its first five episodes, the show drew more than 2.5 million plays across platforms including Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, Bilibili, and Xiaoyuzhou, with single conversations approaching one million, and quickly outgrew its original look. This rebrand gives the show an identity equal to its momentum: a quiet, print-inspired visual language built on a bilingual wordmark bookended by two seated figures in conversation, muted kraft-paper textures, and handwritten details that carry the warmth of a personal notebook. Designed as a modular system, the identity extends from episode covers and video graphics to posters, merchandise, and packaging, giving a fast-growing show a visual voice made to last.
