About The Entry

Initiated by the International Trade Administration under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Expo-Tech 2026 presents a transformative framework designed to modernize trade show management and physical exhibition experiences. Developed to meet pressing global demands for digital transformation and ESG compliance, the initiative consolidates Generative AI, IoT, Extended Reality, and ultra-low-power display technologies into 25 modular service plans. This structural approach delivers end-to-end optimization across three core operational phases, specifically Event Preparation & Operational Support, Reception Services, and Exhibition Visitor Services. Expo-Tech transforms traditional, labor-heavy venue logistics into an intelligent, data-led operational model. Pre-event workflows leverage automated AI marketing content engines, smart press release generators, and unified cloud registration portals to accelerate preparation while reducing administrative overhead. On site, 3D AI visitor counter systems, precise indoor navigation, and round-the-clock multilingual AI chatbots regulate attendee traffic seamlessly without increasing staffing requirements. The platform significantly elevates visitor engagement through hybrid interaction models. Remote trade buyers can navigate 720-degree panoramic virtual booths or direct telepresence Avatar Robots for real-time meetings. On-site attendees interact with glasses-free autostereoscopic 3D displays, 3D holographic object projections, multi-user IoT display tables, and immersive factory XR tours. Furthermore, real-time AI forum interpretation tools remove cross-language barriers during international conferences. Environmental sustainability remains a core operational principle throughout the ecosystem. By replacing single-use printed materials with Electronic Paper displays, contactless QR profile exchanges, and pedal-powered green charging stations that convert kinetic energy into electricity and live screen updates, the project achieves measurable reductions in carbon emissions and material waste. By aligning 25 integrated digital solutions spanning buyer behavior analytics to sustainable venue practices, Expo-Tech 2026 establishes a practical balance between technical capability, commercial value, and environmental responsibility. It delivers a scalable, reliable reference for venue operators, exhibition curators, and global event organizers.
