This ongoing campaign (annual event) is designed to increase awareness and participation in girls and women's watersports (surfing) in mid-Atlantic, USA (North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina). Most major surf events are dominated by boys and men, so we make a special effort each year to promote the Wahine Classic, an event exclusively for girls and women. Each year, participation and awareness increases!
