**WordPress website redesign and development (from Drupal), including discovery, design, development, training, support & development.** Davidson County Community College (DCCC) needed a new website that would not only reflect their new brand, but also allow a diverse group of website users--current students, potential students, alumni, staff, faculty, and community members--to find information easily and engage with the college. Areas of interest had to be showcased in ways that would allow potential students to drill down for more information as they explore DCCC's offerings. Current students needed a dedicated area so they could easily access the information most important to them. Importantly, DCCC also needed a way for website administrators to quickly and easily add and update information via an intuitive backend (WordPress) so that the website could properly showcase the college's news, events, discoveries, and successes. Unlike university websites, the community college's website had to serve a wide range of ages and educational goals--from college transfer to workforce development. Large, colorful calls to action; emotion-stirring design; and intuitive site architecture allows all of DCCC's audiences to enjoy their site. Site engagement has increased substantially since the launch of the new website, and incoming students consistently say that the redesigned website is a major reason why they became interested in DCCC.
