Each year, the world?s most influential social entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and strategic partners gather at the University of Oxford?s Sa?d Business School to exchange ideas and activate solutions during the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship. The Forum is the premier international platform for advancing entrepreneurial solutions to the world?s most pressing problems. This annual gathering unites doers and donors, thinkers and tinkerers in a collaborative pursuit of learning, leverage, and large-scale social change.

The program and passport are the prime print vehicle for telling the story of the work of the Skoll Awardee organizations and their impact on the world. These printed items also serve an immediate functional role of orienting delegates with the full schedule of events and the layout of the event space and affiliated locations. The passport?a condensed version of the program which also includes index tabs?can be carried around easily in the badge holder for quick reference. The vibrant layout design employs the free flow of lines, overlaying, and highlighted text to reflect the celebratory aspect of the Forum, with emphasis of Skoll World Forum branding guideline and colorways.

For a program dense with information and storytelling content, the index tabs with a color system represented each weekday to offer an easy and tactile search function for each day?s activities. Programming schedules can often change at the very last-minute, with adjustments printed on inserts on site. The pocket for those inserts on the back cover creates a better user experience to doubling as a place to collect additional notes, flyers, and additional programming material, all secured with an elastic band wrapping to make it less clunky. The elastic band also serves as a bookmark to a specific page in the program.
