Co-Op Welcome Packet

We developed the Co-Op Welcome Packet to be used with first-term co-op students to help them feel welcome and a part of the ADTRAN team before they arrive at campus. The packet includes all of the information they need for a productive first day on the job including copies of handbooks, code of conduct, policies, etc. as well as any forms they are asked to sign on day one. We also included tech stickers to allow students to show their ADTRAN pride by placing them on their laptop computers. The packages have received nothing but positive feedback. Students expressed appreciation for having everything they needed in one place and prior to their arrival.
