This is primarily accomplished by providing an in-depth index of all online services available from the state, detailed location and contact information for state agencies, and an interactive system to match user input with the most appropriate source of information. The site also features an automated chatbot named "ReauxBot" to help point users to accurate information and a search bar that posts results from within the site as well as results from over 140 state domains side by side for the user.
