The new design includes:

- A fully re-imagined, customer-centric browsing experience based on how customers shop. Organized by collection–such as engagement and gifting–the reimagined experience allows shoppers to browse by occasion, rather than simply product, to discover new items and find the perfect piece for the occasion.
- State of the art in-context photography and refreshed product pages. Showcasing the attention to detail and old-world techniques that go into crafting each and every piece of handcrafted jewelry, the emphasis on photography highlights the superior quality of Melanie Casey's collection to customers while providing them with deeper insight into what to expect from the jewelry in person.
- A new "About Us" page, sharing the story of Melanie Casey with customers. From Melanie's early days making spare rings in her room to the full-fledged studio she runs today, where she works side-by-side with goldsmiths, stylists and client liaisons to hand make every piece of jewelry found in her collection, communicating her compelling brand story creates loyalty and builds trust with customers, who can be assured of the personal care and attention that goes into crafting the entire collection.
