This is our Q1 B2B video for Coverpath. Coverpath is a new way of doing life insurance, and this video is meant to educate and energize its audience of financial advisors to try it. We elevated this brief by weaving a story throughout that featured a female actor and iconic New York City locations such as the Brooklyn Bridge. Using Coverpath is a journey, and we wanted to emphasize that journey and its key points. There's a lot of visual effects throughout that include 3D tracking and object insertions to help tell the story. We had some invisible visual effects work, too. For instance, one of the locations had piles of garbage at the corner. We used rotoscoping and paint to remove much of the garbage, then composited in a NY taxi and a bicycle messenger to complete the task and to add movement and energy to the shot. We do a lot of this invisible work to help support the stories we tell, as we try to raise the bar for B2B films.
