Xandr, now a part of WarnerMedia, is an advanced advertising company that was born out of great legacies behind an even greater purpose: to make advertising better for advertisers, publishers, and consumers alike. The Xandr brand reflects a history of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, with the commitment to evolving for the betterment of the market, customers, and ourselves. Believing in better extends beyond the work we do at Xandr — it’s at the core of who we are and what drives us in our daily lives. Even in times of uncertainty, we believe in better.

Our goal was to create an anthemic video that drives empowerment and takes ownership of our corporate narrative. We decided the best way to do so was through visual storytelling directly from our colleagues, to demonstrate how deep our commitments run and:
• Inspire and engage audiences through personal stories.
• Drive resonance with the themes and messages in the “Believe in Better” anthem.
• Align to messaging for Xandr’s guiding principles.

To create this video, we sat down with Xandr employees across departments, locations, and management levels who represent the Xandr brand to talk about what inspires and drives them, and why the work we do is more important than ever. The Believe in Better video delivered a sweeping look at how the people in our lives inspire us through principles, wisdom, and love, and why we at Xandr aspire to be better people, better citizens, and better colleagues every day. They also discuss what better, ‘more human’ advertising means to them as consumers, inspiring and engaging viewers through personal anecdotes.

The anthemic “Believe in Better” video celebrates our identity while serving as a reminder to brands and advertisers to make your message matter to your audience.
