When challenged to create a game that would celebrate the release of Kenzie’s new “Exhale” music video and hold a Gen-Z audience’s attention, Ceros turned to TikTok. Inspired by the platform’s rollerblading trend, we created an interactive roller rink experience that invites fans to step into the singer’s shoes — er, skates. Our collaboration process benefited from each team member’s expertise — from design to animation to pop culture insight.
The resulting project might be the only game on the internet that combines slices of pizza, balloons, and Sia wigs. (The hairpieces, of course, being a nod to the signature look of the song’s featured artist.) We even worked with Kenzie to create exclusive pieces of content users could unlock after beating each of the three levels.
Admittedly, it’s one of the Ceros team’s favorite projects, but the highest endorsement came from Kenzie’s fans’ reactions on social media: “ALL THIS CONTENT.”
